These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fluxa, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and any agents or workflows you build or run through the platform (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Fluxa on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and workspace, including any credentials, API keys, or integrations you connect. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Fluxa is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of an account resulting from you failing to safeguard your credentials.
You agree not to use Fluxa to:
Fluxa lets you configure autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that take actions across connected tools on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing the triggers, guardrails, and approval steps you configure, and for any actions your agents take within the permissions you grant them. We recommend testing new workflows in a limited scope before enabling them broadly.
The Service can connect to third-party tools (email, CRMs, chat, databases, and more). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms. Fluxa is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services you choose to connect.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may stop using Fluxa and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, including violations of the acceptable use section above. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (billing, liability, disputes) survive.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by automated agents you configure.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard before they take effect.
